With over a decade of hands-on experience in construction and inspection, Steven Fish brings a rare blend of craftsmanship, code expertise, and a deep passion for helping people feel confident in their home buying decisions.
Steven began his professional journey as the Owner and Cabinet Builder of Steven Fish Designs, where he spent four years perfecting the art of fine woodworking and custom cabinetry. From there, he transitioned into building safety, serving as a Residential Code Inspector for Berkeley County developing a sharp eye for structure, systems, and safety before transitioning into home inspections.
Steven was the lead Inspector as part of the highly respected Home-Probe team in Charleston before opening Sabal Home Inspections, providing detailed, easy-to-understand home inspections for buyers, sellers, and agents across the region. His background allows him to see what others might miss, and his clients consistently praise his clear communication, thoroughness, and commitment to excellence.

With more than 18 years of hands-on construction experience, Jason Bryan brings a deep well of knowledge—and heart—to every inspection he performs with Sabal Home Inspections. For Jason, the best part of this work is simple: helping people feel confident and informed as they take a major step toward homeownership.
His goal? Make sure every client knows exactly what they’re getting before they sign on the dotted line.
Born in Anniston, Alabama, and proudly raised in Goose Creek, South Carolina, Jason still calls Goose Creek home. Outside of inspections, you’ll find him giving back through the BSA Scouting program or spending time with his wife and son. One of his favorite pastimes? Hitting up local car shows and working on his latest restoration project. (Seriously—ask him what he’s wrenching on these days!)
